Independant Beer Quality Audits

DM Bar Technical Services is providing a new service to the Brewing Industry. The delivery of consistent, high quality Draught Beer at the point of sale is critical to achieving customer satisfaction. Regular periodic audits help ensure compliance with set dispense specifications and quality service standards.
We assign experienced Brewery trained technicians to conduct independent audits on all aspects of on site beer management.
We provide independent monitoring of Draught Beer and equipment performance at the point of sale. Together with accurate equipment audits and detailed reporting of all technical faults, we deliver truly accurate assesments of Product, Equipment and Service Provider quality levels that are delivered to your customers.

Beer Audit Objectives

  • To determine if draught beer is sold at it’s best at the point of sale
  • To determine if elements that effect beer sales within on-trade accounts are meeting specified standards.
  • To provide accurate equipment records.
  • To provide the Brewer with an opportunity to take timely corrective action to elliminate deficiencies in Product and Service performances.

Additional objectives may be tailored to individual clients requirements.

Beer Audit Framework

  • Draught products are checked at the bar for temperature, speed and appearance.
  • The provision of POS materials are checked, branded glasses, drip mats and font condition and type.
  • A full house census of equipment is carried out.
  • Current BLRA certification is checked.
  • All equipment is checked for operation and faults reported.
  • Remote coolers are checked for correct 5 Brewers service provider.
  • Ownership labels, contact details and relevent health and safety signage can be checked or issued.

Current account keg stocks and BB dates can be recorded.
